Tulsa Transit Advisory Committees

The Tulsa Transit Board of Trustees has established two advisory committees: the Lift Customer Advisory Committee (LCAC) and the fixed route Service Design Committee (SDC). These committees will play an important role in assisting both the Board of Trustees and staff of Tulsa Transit with the development of transit policies and programs.

The mission of the SDC is to advise the Metropolitan Tulsa Transit Authority (MTTA) Board of Trustees and staff on policies and other matters pertaining to the provision of fixed route transit services. The SDC also advocates on behalf of Tulsa Transit for improvements to public transit services in the community.
The mission of the LCAC is similar to that of the SDC with the exception that the LCAC focuses on issues related to the transportation of persons with disabilities.

Periodically, we will be seeking new members to replace members whose term expires. If you are interested in serving on one of these committees, please submit a letter of interest to Tulsa Transit. In your letter, please address the following:

  1. Identify the Committee on which you are interested in serving
  2. Describe why you would like to serve as a member of this committee.
  3. Describe how your background qualifies you to serve on this committee.
  4. Identify other committees and/or organizations in which you are currently active or have been active in the past.

Please ensure that you include your name, address, and telephone number. Please also include your e-mail address, if you maintain an e-mail address. Letters of interest that do not address all of the items above will not be considered.

Please send your letter of interest to Tulsa Transit at the following address:
